Measuring body fat

Details
Published on Tuesday, 09 May 2006

Measuring body is fat especially useful when regular physical activity is a key part of your weight loss plan. As well as seeing how the scales change, you can assess how the amount of fat in your body changes.

Health clubs or weight management clinics may use a body fat analyser machine as a simple and reliable method to assess body fat.
